My ambitious Goal around represeintg residents is to reduce the property tax siginicatly to 0.3% residental and 1% comercials which, when blanced with supply and demand will cause a boom in the building industry in Calgary and for All of Alberta. As we now have improved tools and techonolgy like AI and Robotics, this is never a replacement for a skiled craftsman and his appretices. Quality is the key focus of all my building intiatives and creating a beutiful more human socity start with our built envirometns. My inspiration for all great architecture is Italy. ROME the colloseam, Follorence the DOMO, and Vennice the piles that have stood for over 1000 years.
One of my projects in the past was to help our province was to create a school of Built Enviroments and Desing. I am very apssionate about about built enrioments and know it is the foundation of our socityet. The Key is quality. That quality only comes from the careful cultivation of skills of the hands and attitudes of mind from a Master and appretice system with wuality foundational traning in core copemticies and with saftey as the foundational condiseration for all involcved. From porcument to delivery and maintingance.
We must also cultivate the classical skills to help maintin and upgrage our Historucal Built Enviroments, Inside and outside.

This icnlcude a Monthly Area of auidt where we will proactily blanace the intrests of the internal and external cumstoers at The City while keeping it the change managment to a predictive rythem for every employee with proper impoemention and traning.

Implementation Process of new policy at the city. We must follow this simple process that is iterative:
Week 1: The first Monday of Each Month: Rethink Requirements Week1
What do we need to do, and Why? Start with Subjective and Objective data.
Week 2: Simplify and Delete what is unessicary
Why do we need it? Is there alternatives that are better? Do we need this at all?
Week 3: Optimize what we have for our customer and the people who deliver the service week 3
How can we make this better for people to implement and experience?
Week 4: Direct Administration week 4
Provide Clear, Consisten, Instructions, and understand the conseqences of those instuctions to adminstration.
The 4th Thursday of each month Administrions starts implementing changes to improve quality of services in the department under review.

We must ensure a feedback loop with Subject and Objective information to be presented at the department Public Council Review Month on the First Tuesday of the month following the first Monday of the month.
The Gregorian calendar, as we use it, runs on a 2800 year cycle with leap seconds on an as needed basis.
